You'll have 3 beds, a full bathroom, equipped kitchen, living/dining areas, 1 Gbps Wi-Fi/Ethernet, self check-in, free parking, deck, fenced yard, and a Level 2 EV charger. Near PVD Airport and Providence. The host lives separately in the basement and generally does not enter upstairs during stays.

THE SPACE
The private upstairs guest area includes two bedrooms, three beds, one full bathroom, a full kitchen, living room, dining area, dedicated workspace, and fast Wi-Fi. Room A has a queen bed plus a single bed; Room B has one queen bed. The layout sleeps up to five guests.

GUEST ACCESS
THIS BOOKING INCLUDES BOTH BEDROOMS — Room A and Room B — not just one room. Use self check-in with the smart lock. Your group has the full upstairs guest area: both bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, and workspace. You also have access to the back deck, fenced backyard, and parking as directed in the Arrival guide. The basement and locked storage areas are not included.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Cameras are installed in the living room and kitchen, as well as outdoors. There are no cameras in guest sleeping rooms or bathrooms. The host occupies a separate basement area, which is not included in this reservation. Your group has the upstairs guest area with one full bathroom.
