Lovely property - rooms and lobby are updated. Very nice pool area. Good breakfast and all of the staff were very kind and helpful. Great location - close to Newport and the Naval School. Would stay again ! Excellent value for the price.

The room was immaculately clean and property so well maintained that we thought it was new only to find it’s over 50 yrs old! Perfect recommended stay, reasonably priced and dog friendly too (also the cheapest for dog stays than I have ever seen). Even tho they have designated rooms for stays with pets, you could not tell that any pets ever stayed there. Their breakfast was better than most free breakfasts even offering a different hot choice each morning. Coffee in the lobby 24/7 and always fresh! Staff was over the top helpful and friendly!

First, reception was so welcoming. The room was newly remodeled and clean. The breakfast selection included hot and cold items and changed a little each morning. The area was well stocked and clean. I would have liked a flavored coffee creamer option, but they had avocado mash for toast! Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the hot tub.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The property is clearly well maintained, and everything felt clean and in good condition, which made for a comfortable visit. One thing I really appreciated was how convenient the layout is getting from the room to the parking area was quick and easy, which made coming and going hassle-free. It’s a small detail, but it made a big difference during the stay. I also liked that they offer connecting rooms, which is a great option for families or groups traveling together. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.
