"Lovely venue. Unfortunately missing 5star service ie nil offer or transport to assist with luggage when suite located a distance. Service seemed to be missing opportunities to impress. Room had hand marks on glass and no bins Nil bar fridge options. It just didn’t make the 5star mark"
