"Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back."

"The stay was pleasant & comfortable. We were family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) traveling from abroad. Items that were VERY appreciated:- Communication: Owners are very quick to reply & THOROUGH! Directions provided prior to arrival are so organized & detailed!- Location: 4-5 minutes walk from Toowong Village was VERY convenient; Coles & Woolies markets there so we stocked up fridge to cook own meals. Easy to access all of Brisbane from here, very safe & walkable area!- Climate control system:...

"The property was dirty, linen, pillows & doona was awful, thin, stained & looked dirty with no top sheet, pillow or mattress protectors, couch was filthy covered in unknown stains, no soap, shampoo or toaster.
