Comfortable and well-kept.. dog friendly and no smell of pets in our room! Breakfast food selection was good, but I would like to have seen just a little better quality. Also, offer bacon from time to time! We would, and will likely, stay here again!"

"I was in Newport for a family & Friend celebration weekend to launch a law school career and stayed at OYO Waves because it was close to our venue and highly recommended. I was very happy with my large, modern, renovated, light filled room. I had an ocean front room and it was magnificent to be steps away from the ocean! The staff was also friendly and helpful. There was even breakfast included, access to a large fitness facility with swimming pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. I’d definitely stay there again. "
