For some reason, the customer in the adjacent room hung their curtains outside the window on a very windy stormy night. The wind repeatedly slapped the curtains against our window, keeping me away from 2:00 AM till 4:00 AM, I responded to an earlier text from the staff asking how our stay was going by mentioning this situation--fully expecting a response and support at the earliest the following morning. Within 15 minutes, however, a staff member responded and attempted to call the customer. At 4:00 AM they knocked on the customer's door to remedy the issue. "

"The house was exactly as described . Easy entry, spacious rooms, great yard and hot tub and 2 minutes tops to the beach. And then there's the artwork, which is so distracting with its colors and intricacies. Some was very whimsical and all very charming. The quilts were somewhat unbelievable and the glass work was classy and creative. We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay again some day."
