"When I came into the lobby to check in, I was completely frazzled and freaked out thanks to an incident on the I-5. I was shaky, and probably a little short with the individual who checked me in. He was so incredibly kind, walking me through the property and check in process, offered me water, a place to sit and decompress, and anything else. I can’t stress the service of this place. The room itself was nice - tidy, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. You can tell the property has been updated fairly recently, and it shows. The property is clean, and well maintained. Everything was perfect. I would absolutely, without a doubt, stay here any time I need to stop in Springfield. "
