"I grew up in Eugene and spent many days on the McKenzie River. We’ve been out of state for many years now but still come back to Oregon as often as we can.This was the perfect property to enjoy reminiscing with some of our grown children. Very cozy setting and everything we needed. We caught one of the Pineapple Express storms that I remember growing up and even had a long power outage where we enjoyed the wood stove and improvising. The host was helpful throughout our stay and kept us updated on the power outage.The sound of the river was so therapeutic! The only drawback really was not having more time…we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Right on the river, beautiful, quiet new build. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! And Courtney was very quick to solve issues that came up due to a big storm! And bought some nice reading lamps for me to use while I was there!"

"Nice place, clean and cozy, Classic "grandma's house" feel. It was very pleasant stargazing from the porch with sounds of the close by river. Morning walks around the river and streets were peaceful and we saw turkeys in the yard, herons at the water and all sorts of other birds.No pot holders in the kitchen nor paper towels/napkins so come prepared with your own or buy the 5 roll at the store down the street."

"The property was absolutely beautiful. Lots of fall colors, access to the river, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, games for the kids, etc. Unfortunately it rained our entire trip so we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we had hoped, but we made the most of it! Host was very kind and answered questions quickly. We had a slight hiccup with checkin, but host was very responsive and it was remedied quickly. I appreciated the rapid response. We would absolutely stay again!"

"Beautiful setting and a wonderful arrangement for several families with kitchens upstairs and downstairs. New construction and great potential for trail walking, berry picking, gathering apples and pears from the orchard. "
