"We had a wonderful stay! The home is cute and on the smaller side, but it has absolutely everything you need and feels very thoughtfully set up. It was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away.We were pleasantly surprised to find snacks and pastries waiting for us upon arrival—such a thoughtful and welcoming touch! The property itself is beautifully secluded, surrounded by nature, trees, and even a nearby creek. It felt very private and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.After long days of hiking, it was such a treat to come back to a hot tub that was always ready for us. The heater kept the home warm and cozy, and we loved winding down at night using the fire pit. The toiletries provided felt luxurious and were a really nice bonus.Communication with the owner was excellent—they responded right away and were very helpful throughout our stay. "We will definitely stay here again :) we have family in Oregon/Washington and I think we found the perfect midway stop off point :) make sure you have your check in instructions before you get on the road because cell service can be spotty and the app can be finicky. The host was super nice and responded quickly when we couldn’t get the app messages to work. There are games in the living room. The house was clean and grounds were kept up nicely. The river is gorgeous but the water is swift, so keep an eye on little ones and don’t plan on swimming in the river. Listening to the river is so relaxing! "
