"The location of this property was beautiful! It was closer to the main highway than I realized but that didn't interrupt our time here. I think this would be a great place to spend a long weekend at to truly take in everything."
"UpRiver Nest" - Cabin on the Mckenzie River in Oregon
10/10 Excellent
"The view is absolutely EPIC! And the cabin is perfectly cozy, great location between hot springs and hiking. Love all of the extra amenities, too - dog toys, grill, and a campfire with a view over the river."
"We will definitely stay here again :) we have family in Oregon/Washington and I think we found the perfect midway stop off point :) make sure you have your check in instructions before you get on the road because cell service can be spotty and the app can be finicky. The host was super nice and responded quickly when we couldn’t get the app messages to work. There are games in the living room. The house was clean and grounds were kept up nicely. The river is gorgeous but the water is swift, so keep an eye on little ones and don’t plan on swimming in the river. Listening to the river is so relaxing! "
"Such an amazing and relaxing spot. It was hard to leave the river and the cozy mountain house. We really feel rejuvenated. Would definitely recommend especially if you want seclusion and relaxation. Thank you Mckenzie house family for sharing your lovely vacation spot! "
Cozy 3-Bed, 2-Bath McKenzie Bridge Home with AC & EV Charger
10/10 Excellent
"The house was wonderful. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home from fresh eggs in the fridge to the adorable charms hanging on the shower hooks! Our intentions when booking this home was to spend spring break at Hoodoo. The slopes were closed, so instead we explored many of the locations suggested by the host. We visited, Bend, Sisters, the local hot springs, and fishing spots. Ours boys explored the trails and neighborhood on their bikes. There was plenty of room outside to play soccer and catch. I will definitely choose this location again! "
"Peaceful, tranquil and stress free! Woke up to the most beautiful view ever...check in was easy and we had complete privacy...Excellent food a few miles east at the Mckenzie Station is highly recommended but make reservations. A wonderful weekend for our 24th anniversary ❤️. "
