This sizable cozy home gazes at the Pacific Ocean and is just a stone throw away from the local sandy beach. The hypnotic sounds of the ocean waves crashing, the salty beach air, a curious sea otter poking his head out of the water, this and more all observed from this beautiful four bedroom two bath home.

Three of the four bedrooms and the living quarters provide beautiful views of the ocean. Snuggling by the fireplace and gazing through the spacious windows that offer you an inspiring panoramic view of the ocean and with some luck you may get a glimpse of the majestic pod of Great White Whales that live in this area.

Stepping out to the sundeck and smelling the salty ocean breeze and hearing the roar of the waves with the only concern of which chair you should relax in.....

We were really looking forward to expanding our group into this neighboring property. Having had wonderful repeated stays at the neighboring property, it seemed to be ideal. Unfortunately, the previous guests left an odor that could not be removed by secondary cleaning. We would gladly try again if the plumbing fumes issue was resolved. Richard has two potentially ideal properties to enjoy and the location and beach access can’t be beat.

The location of this property cannot be beat. It's nice to watch the waves from the sitting rooms and the tubs are a deluxe experience. Convenient walking distance to beach access and Nye beach shops. Furniture and fixtures are slightly dated but everything was in working order, clean, and sufficiently stocked.

Spring Break Fun

Our family and friends enjoyed this beachfront property. It had everything you need to stay in and the location was great as a home base to access all the activities in and around Newport. The ocean views, sounds of the waves were calming and the hot tub/bath tubs were a great way to warm up after a long cold day of fishing and crabbing.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home on the coast

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-appointed property in Newport. It worked out perfectly for hosting both my younger and grown children and their partners along with my husband and I —there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and take in the gorgeous views from many of the rooms.Next time, I’ll encourage the family to rent the adjacent house as well—having both would make for an even more ideal setup. The neighboring guests were great, and everyone seemed respectful of the house rules and quiet hours. Appreciated the quiet very much!We enjoyed all of the outdoor amenities (except the fire pit—next time!) and loved the easy beach access and excellent location.10/10 would absolutely stay again!

Great place!

Overall a great house! Lovely views from the patio or hot tub, or just the living room. Close to the state park and beach access. Very well stocked kitchen, we were easily able to make all of our meals there. Loved the hot tub! Easy communication with the owner when needed, even got a slightly earlier check in because it worked with our travel plans, which I really appreciate when travelling with kids. Would definitely rent again!
