"Check in staff weren’t very friendly, then, couldn’t find our booking despite providing photo ID. I think they were looking for a booking under our first name, rather than our surname. Otherwise room was clean & comfortable. "

"This hotel is nice and central. Walking distance to catch the ferry to Waiheke Island and walking distance to all your shopping needs and restaurants. If you like to gamble, the casino is within the hotel complex, and for the adrenaline junkies, you can bungee jump or skywalk at the Skytower which is also within the hotel complex. Something for everyone I say. Whenever in Auckland this will be my go to hotel."

"The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Only stayed overnight to sleep after returning from overseas at midnight, and I just sunk into the most comfortable mattress and pillows, and crisp sheets. What a feeling! 10 out of 10 for those 3 amenities alone."
