"Great resort for families wanting to get a better experience in Fiji "

"Such a cosy comfortable place to stay for a family of 4. Beds were very comfy too & loved the daily room service to take our rubbish & tidy the beds. Very close to the Port and the inhouse pool was just enough for my children. Lovely Kelera had the best smile & service. Handy location and recommend this place for family's & those who would like to be close to the Port in walking distance. Room service was also welcomed and food great too. Family enjoyed their stay. "We went with our 6 and 9 year old kids for a week and it was the perfect vacation. The water around the resort is so calm and beautiful. It makes snorkeling and other water activities very easy to do with kids. The excursions are well priced and the food was very good. My kids loved taking the fish we got on our hand line fishing trip to the chef to prepare for lunch. My kids also enjoyed the kids center as they met new friends and had great activities. All of the staff members were so friendly and kind. Being from the US, I expected it to be like Hawaii but I’d say the water was more calm, it was more private, and less commercialized. The only thing I would say it’s lacking is We would definitely come here again. "

"Started off terrible with them overbooking and downgrading our room without telling us. Next day ended up getting a room type that we should have in a great location. From there it’s a great place to stay with kids."

"All excellent. Staff does need to add ice packs for severe edema incidents for guests coming off flights. (11 hr flight, both legs- extreme swelling, staff graciously and promptly made ice packs with plastic gloves. Subsided by day 2. Had a great time. TY . Store should also offer nude compression socks for these incidents...:)) "

"The room was beautiful. We got the lagoon view right in front of the over the water bungalows. Staff members are all nice. I would like to shout out: Jack the bartender at lagoon lounge, Ana at the Goji restaurant and Sulu, server at fish bar. They made our stay extra special. The only thing I would suggest is having some chill music at the pools. Not saying they need a dj but atleast some chill music while in the pool would be nice. Also would be nice to have a swim up bar at the adult only pool. Makes more sense to have it there than the “main pool” where children are swimming next to you. "
