"This is a really lovely little hotel. All the staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Spa lady was lovely.
The room with balcony was very spacious, and a lovely spot to sit outside in the cool of the morning or evening. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Everything! The room was clean and nice, but what really made our stay enjoyable was the staff. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Angela (front desk) went above any beyond to answer all our queries. We checked out to go to an overnight cruise and came back the next day, they helped us organize a transfer to the airport."
"Great hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was helpful and polite. Special mention to Mr. Lee Pham and Mr. Da for cooperating with us and making our stay comfortable.

"From the second we checked in I knew our stay was going to be amazing. The service is absolutely unparalleled. Anytime I had any questions I would message the concierge via WhatsApp and they replied immediately. We arrange for many services during our stay and they assisted with all of them. I couldn’t be happier. "
"What a lovely hotel! The team working here are SO kind - they even helped us cross the road when we arrived! We stayed in a few hotels in Hanoi and this was by far the best. The room was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was great with loads of options. We’re hoping to return next year!"
"Jimmi dan Mia di meja hadapan sangat membantu dalam memenuhi semua keperluan kami. Malah, mereka telah menaik taraf bilik kami ke bilik yang lebih besar."
