"The homeless people on the streets made us feel very uneasy. The restaurant looked like it's been closed for years. And at the base of the stairs to go up to our room, there was a cordoned off room that was shut down for asbestos. Our room wreaked of Febreeze, which was a little nauseating, but the bed sheets were very clean and comfortable and the room was actually quite spacious. The $200 damage deposit seemed very high as well, which took me by surprise upon checking in. Cheap, yes, but the photos on the booking site are very misleading as to the condition of the actual premises. That lobby looks nothing like the picture. "

"Hotel was good, my room was quiet, bed was comfortable, shower was great!! AC worked great, the free breakfast unfortunately was one of the worst I have ever had. Hashbrowns were wilted and cold, eggs were usual, not much of anything extra coffee was ok, but overall wasn’t good and I love breakfast. Staff was super friendly morning and evening staff… definitely would stay again when in Duncan. "

"The room was nice and clean. It is looking a little tired though and needs updating. The upper pool and hot tub were the only available because we went early May. But they were clean and well maintained. The property was being worked on to get ready for summer vacationers so there was lots of business as staff did their jobs. Food was fine in the lower restaurant but the service was terrible. Staff walked past us as we waited to be seated. Twice apologized as they did tasks other than seating us, and again apologized when nobody brought our drinks. The location is stunning. And the grounds really pretty. Pool was the hilight."

"Clean and comfy hotel. The staff is wonderful and breakfast is ok. However the doorknob to the bathroom fell off of our friend’s door while he was in the bathroom and was locked inside for an hour and the fans/AC units are really loud so maybe bring earplugs or noise canceling headphones. But otherwise a good stay."

I also waited there over 5 minutes to let them know about my room and issues and no one came so I packed all my stuff and waited more and no one showed up so I just dropped my keys off "
