After check in and learning the indoor pool and spa heater was not working I was prepared to pack my bags and leave as having the heated pool facility was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. However, everything else about the hotel was great and I knew it would be hard to find another hotel at such short notice on par with the Pegasus Hotel. To my surprise I received a phone call from the Manager the second day which was a welcomed surprise. Not only was she very apologetic about the...

We were very impressed with our room. Had everything we needed and was modern and spacious. Nice and dark and very quiet, didn't hear a noise all night. Easy walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. Well priced.

Excellent location for our needs in easy walking distance of medical, shopping and food options with Koreatown further down Little Lonsdale and Chinatown an easy couple of laneway walk away in Little Bourke. Latrobe st Tram stop a laneway away in the other direction.
Room was well renovated, with all the modern conveniences expected in the 2020's. Plenty of power and USB charging points for modern devices. 2 changes would be a benefit; get a shower head with pressure, it'll actually save more...

Easy hotel to get too and the parking is generous. Across from DFO and can basically walk anywhere from here. The staff are really friendly and polite, and the general amenity is always more than expected being so clean, neat and well presented. We stay here any opportunity we can get!

Well set up apartment. There was everything I needed. Although I didn't use it, there was even a place to hang some washing. The rooms were roomy. I was able to cook a simple meal.
The only negative, is that the car parking is on the street. However, it's a very quiet street.
