"Our room didn't have a Balcony/Patio screen on the door glass which was probably why there were little bugs flying around and inside our room...also the shower water pressure was very weak. I know , trying to save water...but it took forever to rinse off the soap. Just sayin...and one of the sinks in the bathroom was pretty clogged up."

"I was traveling with my elderly parents and 6 month old baby to visit family. We were accommodated to check in earlier than usual to get our things settled in the room and we were able to check out a little later so we won’t have to rush out in the morning. Also, we got welcome cookies which were awesome!"

"We stayed here before our trip to the Channel Islands. When we checked in, they had a reception with popcorn , cookies and the Best Strawberry Lemonade ever. They had a ton of amenities that we were able to use to include a gym, pool and jacuzzi We loved how close it was to Ventura Harbor Village and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants"
