Love this place! It’s been remodeled and family owned and dog friendly for well behaved pups. We loved the full fridge and microwave option but it’s so close to the ocean and all the restaurants. Great place to stay!! Fantastic and knowledgeable service as well!

We are traveling with our dog, Norman. He is so welcome here by the staff and other customers. Our room has more amenities than anticipated, and it's clean and spacious. Most of all, the staff is amazing. Ask for Ben at the front desk if you have any problems or concerns. He is gracious and more than accommodating. I recommend this hotel

What a wonderful experience staying at the Franciscan. Ben welcomed us on a Saturday everning, as we drove in from being in Solvang, all day. He was welcoming, so informative with things we could do in Santa Barbara and gave us all the details that would make our stay even better. The morning breakfast was the cherry on top. Absolutely staying here again and recommended- highly.
