"we stayed for 2 nights while attending a vancouver canucks game and had a business meeting on one of the days. The only thing that was not great was they did not do a room service for the next day - we left the room and they did not come in to refresh towels or stock the coffee. As it was a one bedroon suite and premium price paid for the 2 nights they should have at least asked us if we needed anything. As it was late upon our return from the game (10pm) we did not ask front desk for anything. But I am sure they will make note of this and see that it doesn't happen again for us or other travellers. We love that place and the location. Will be back"

"Always love staying here. Staff is super friendly and the rooms are nice. The only thing I’d say, is in our room the floor is coming up a little bit. So maybe that could be replaced. But we love this hotel, great location and price. "

"First couple floors of the hotel was leaking, karma lounge was closed as well due to it. Elevator to the parking lot was also not functional. "
