"Nice"

"I have stayed here 3 times for one night in the last three weeks after returning from a business trip. So I've seen 3 different rooms. All were exceptionally clean, large and well appointed. Beds were comfy and towels were great! Breakfast was the usual fare but hot and satisfying. But the staff excelled! The two young ladies who work check in around 8 PM on all 3 occasions were absolutely precious! They had a great attitude and were truly knowledgeable when answering my questions. Baby this is an excellent value! And, no, I'm not the father of anyone affiliated with this establishment."

"The staff at the Anza hotel were very attentive and helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay and there are several restaurants and amenities in the area. "

"First and foremost, the staff was extremely friendly. Our check-in was great. The location was easy to find and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.Overall, this place was not impressive. The walls were paper thin when taking a shower if somebody below turned the water on you got an extreme hot or cold burst of water. You can tell a lot of the furniture and the carpentry work was not the best. My family left early one morning to go to Universal Studios and when we returned home later that evening, somehow our door had been unlocked the manager said he checked the video footage and could not figure out how the door unlocked. We were very lucky that none of our items were stolen, but just knowing that the door was open the entire day is enough for me to not return to this location"

"Clean hotel in a great location. It was not stated clearly enough that parking is $15 per night. Also not clear that there was no continental breakfast. Starts at $20+ per person. Thanks but no thanks to another stay."
