"The hotel staff were caring, most responsive, and overall excellent. The hotel was okay but could perhaps do with an upgrade, as there seemed to be a permanent leak in the shower area; and a fresh curb appeal can be good. The food was delicious. The proximity to a few good shopping and dining experiences was a plus."

Great little hotel in an excellent location just metres off one of the most important pedestrian shopping and entertainment streets in Istanbul. Our room (102) was at the rear of the hotel and the windows looked out on a fire escape shaft which meant it was very quiet - it suited us but may not suit everyone so enquire when booking. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful with local knowledge. I can see why this is so highly rated on Trip Advisor.

Fantastic location, away from the huge crowds and hectic noise, some good local eateries within 2 minutes walk but 10 minute walk to the key attractions and 15 minute wal to the various big eating districts

The hotel was new and clean, great location.
Only issue is on Expedia it says queen bed and the photos show it as a lot larger. We got a double bed and apparently all rooms only have a double bed. The room was very very small. Disappointed in that as we couldn’t fit our standard luggage etc. But again very nice and clean and great location.

The room we stayed in was spacious and immaculate and new. The staff were super friendly and helpful and it was great to have a gym, pool and steam room.
It is a bit far away from everything so be prepared to take taxis as nothing is really around there plus make sure you get breakfast included in your rate.
It is also used by people getting surgery so just be pared to see a lot of that, but otherwise great value for money!

We had spent a week on European side and decided to stay 3 extra nights on Asian side. Hotel is about a 10min walk from ferry or train station, nice size rooms, good staff, clean and comfortable bed . Plenty of nice places to eat on this side as well. We went back over to the Spice market again - very easy just a ferry ride and a couple of mins walk. It was also very easy to get to Otogar bus terminal when we left - we caught the train under the Bosphorus 3 stops then a subway to bus...

the views from the room were absolutely stunning
the room was spacious and comfortable
the location is great, with relaxed atmosphere and easy access to the city by ferry or by Marmaray train (1 stop to Cirkezi station)
Negatives:
- the wifi was utterly unusable - get a good roaming plan if you plan to stay here;
- the selection of restaurants close to the hotel is certainly more limited than in the centre;
- entering the hotel requires climbing ~20 stairs, which may be a...
