The bed sagged, the shower pressure was poor, and it was not as clean as I would like it to have been. The staff is generally friendly and helpful but this last time the gentleman at the desk was standoffish and acted as if it was a burden to answer questions and provide us with more towels. If this had been our first visit I would not be back. Yes, we shared our concerns about the room and was told there was nothing to be done. Poorly handled. "
