Pros: Our suite was clean & well-appointed. The included breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of hot & cold options. The buffet staff are friendly and helpful. Cons: This hotel is right in downtown London so it’s convenient but not in the best of neighborhoods. The nightly parking charge seems obsessive. The lighting in the suite kitchen is very poor. (We had to bring a lamp from the LR.)
