We had a wonderful stay, the accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was great with options for everyone’s taste in our party. The room was very spacious and clean! Hotel staff was very polite and so kind! Definitely stay there again!

The room was clean, lots of amenities and quiet despite being looking onto the street. Notable was the excellent breakfast buffet with lots of selection and good quality food, which was included in the cost of the room. The only drawback is the tight underground parking which cost an extra fee.

Lovely receptionist and convenient area to buy snacks and supplies. Breakfast was great and replenished often. We did not have trouble finding a table. Downtown London was a bit rough at night, but it felt safe inside the hotel. Rooms were well-sized. Everything was in good condition, albeit dated. I would stay there again!
