Our stay was wonderful, the room was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were easy to access and available to use. The only disappointment was the breakfast, slow service and the food was just not up to par for a high end hotel.

Wow! What a great stay we had! We are a family of 8, two adults, and children ranging from a 1 year old up to a 17 year old. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. My husband used to be a maintenance guy for hotels so he can be a pain in the ass to stay at places, but he was satisfied with pretty much everything (the sink in one room had an issue, and he pointed out to me a few other minor details that only he would notice.) The staff were welcoming, helpful, polite, and professional. The breakfast was fantastic, and when the juice machine wasn't working on our first morning, the manager (?) went to Tim Hortons and bought juice for our daughters! Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay. (And totally aside, I loved that there was a Pokéstop on property!)
