The hotel was immaculate. The pool was quite nice being an indoor and outdoor pool. The room itself was very clean and updated. However, upon arrival the TV and internet wasn’t working and the sink in our main bath didn’t drain. The alarm clock was also pre set so it went off at midnight which was a big annoyance. I informed the front desk of our minor complaints (TV and drain mainly) and nothing was done as an apology for us. Considering what we spent per night in this hotel (most expensive room as we have kids) I would have thought a little more effort would have been put in to help us with the inconveniences of our room.

The room was spacious, well appointed, spotless and very quiet. This hotel is off the beaten track but central to London. It is in close proximity to London's three hospitals. The free breakfast was excellent as were the all day coffee and cookies. Staff were both friendly and accommodating. I really great value.
