Stayed here on a regular basis while taking classes for a semester. Everyone was super friendly and knew me by my 3rd week of stays. Every room I’ve stayed in was clean and well kept. Property is located off of Clarke rd. Which has a lot of shopping and dining options. Though a bit of a ride to downtown and other popular areas of London, this place has exceptional value for what it offers.

I have never come across lodging like this anywhere in North America! Hotel clerk was cold when I checked in and confirmed that after I woke his ass up late Saturday afternoon for an ashtray for outside the Olds/Chevy room, but he thought I was going to smoke inside the non-smoking room I had already paid $68/night for plus $100 refundable deposit which the Trivago ad didn't advertise. The nerve of him! Female housekeeper snuck up behind me earlier that afternoon trying to hand me stuff after I had entered room, but that didn't stop her from knocking because she didn't notice Do Not Disturb tag on my door! Just after housekeeping was done that afternoon after 3 PM, I was minding my own business smoking by picnic tables, when one white guy who was standing on sidewalk waiting for another white guy to come out of his room, came up behind me and asked me for a cigarette for which I refused. He walked away in a huff, but solicited an older white cleaning lady in a purple shirt with gray hair done up standing outside laundry room for a smoke and she complied! I was disgusted when I witnessed this. On the bright side, bathroom had a jacuzzi which I utilized and check out was effortless.
