Arrive n ubud at 11pm on the 30th of january 017,given as only choise a room with a bathroom n complety need of repairs ,the floor n very dirty ,the door broken ,the shower provide water,but not easy to handle o place the shower hose n the rigth place n water goes everywhere while having a shower,strong smell coming from toilet .Breackfeast was serve at small up stairs location ,very basic food,try two days n gave up .,due to the luck of entusiasm by the person n charge of making breakfeast ,Requets for a better room ,being ignore by the owners as theyr grt litle involment n my concern,after I complain about the bathroom condition,a men from hotel come to room n try to scrabe the bathroom floor!Left the hotel a week before my stay due,to being toll s not goin to ne any refund for the remainig week,not ask for refund!Im happy to tex expedia photos of the room I was given for my stay!not sure how much control expedia have when customers chose a hotel n paid at front with not idea what I will get for my money!All Im asking s a fair deal ,this hotel may get better rewies from guest staying n the new room area,but they manager or owner dont upgrade the old standar rooms to match the money I paid at front!I will like to be copensate by expedia if posible!this hotel every time gets a complain ,responde with future offering to correct the problem but does not happen till every one forgets it n the circle continues! Never Again!
