"The room was spotless but the heated towel rail in the bathroom was not working and could not be repaired while we were there. Several windows did not fit adequately and so were draughty. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Generally we felt privileged and cared about during our stay."

"It was one of many visits to the Strand and Covent Garden, and the hotel always is a great consistent standard. The staff are always helpful, the room excellent and the breakfast great. It was busy but there are other times people can go to breakfast than between 9am and 9:30am. "

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY, WONDERFUL LOCATION WITH LOTS OF SHOPS, PUBS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY AND PADDINGTON STATION LESS THAN A 5 MINUTE WALK .MUSEUMS AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS ARE ALSO NEARBY. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC, HALI AND THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND CANT DO ENOUGH TO HELP, WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK NEXT TIME WE ARE IN LONDON ,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"
