We had 3 phonThere was no welcome arrival or departure, which one usually enjoys with a small family business. The codes could be sent on the day of arrival like most other self check-in properties. We were advised there would be a $20 late fee if we arrived late. This could be avoided. The instructions could also be emailed if it was deemed too difficult for guests with photos."
