"The evening meal was the only disappointment; overpriced for what you got; however the next morning breakfast was great. Accomodation was of excellent standard and very clean on arrival. Off street parking with undercover protection for your vehicle was most welcome. "

"It was a pleasant surprise from the time we entered the "hidden" driveway. Cabin 6 was at the front away from the water. This meant it was very private and quiet. WE had a lovely three day stay and would recommend it as great value"

"Very nice location by the river. Nect to RSL club and local shops, easy walk to everywhere in the town. We enjoyed the surround area so much, nice boat ride around the inlet, so peaceful and relaxing. "

"Location is superb. Close to the water and close to town. Tick tick. The accommodation is old and, although mostly renovated, has some shortfalls. The stove was quite a scary contraption. The oven temperature dial was in Fahrenheit and considering Australia went metric in the 1960’s gives you some idea of the age! The space felt very small. We were only two in the unit which as ok for a couple of nights, but it could accommodate four (apparently). There was no wardrobe or chest of drawers in...

"We stayed in cabin 17. it was cute and in a great spot within the bush camp grounds. loved the wildlife all around, the creek running through and waking to the sounds of birds each morning. the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. would recommend this place as a great rustic camp ground (even though we stayed in the cabins). nice and close to Husskinson."

"The property is an older motel but our room was clean and had a refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. the living room made it possible to play games with one child while the other child rested in the bed area. The lady behind the desk was super nice. We were pushing it to make it to check in by 8pm and she quickly reached out to make sure we were ok and going to make it. We are at the golf club not associated or attached to the hotel and I would not recommend that. We spoke with another family that ate at the hotel restaurant and said it was reasonable with great food and service. The golf club not associated with the hotel was rude and the food was awful. "
