"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ultra! Centrally located within easy walking distance of cafes, beaches and shopping. Our unit looked to have brand new carpeting and was tastefully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack in our room with some nibbles and water such a thoughtful gesture. Only downside to our stay was the hot tub wasn't hot- luke warm which was a bit disappointing but by no means would stop us from staying there again. Highly recommend for couples or...

"The outdoor area is gorgeous, loved the pools. The lifts were nice and fast. Our room was quite dated and bathroom very old as shown with mouldy silicon and dirty grout, but iverall very clean. Wasn't impressed on our last morning when we were checking we had everything that someones knickers (not ours) were found between the mattress and headboard. Suggest the cleaners and bed makers check more throughly. Overall however we enjoyed our stay"

"Great stay even though there was refurbishment going on it didn’t affect us much at all. Management were very friendly and dealt with any issues very quickly. Beautiful views and very close to restaurants and beach etc. "

"Amazing views and well appointed apartment for a short stay within walking distance of all Broadbeach restaurants. Downsides- The rooms needed a good dusting and the linens/pillows had seen better days. Plus, for the price per night I would expect a coffee pod machine (not instant coffee from the 80s) in the kitchen and facial tissues in the bathroom at a bare minimum. It was also kind of weird that the 2nd bedroom / bathroom was locked with threatening notes on the doors about paying extra...

"Upon arrival called reception but the customer service was pathetic. The reception lady was rude and didn’t offer much advice on the phone. Stayed here first time but the first impression of this place was horrible. Otherwise good place to stay. Apartment was in clean and good condition "
