"Our room was clean but that was the only good thing about our stay. I checked with the hotel prior to our trip to find out how we request a shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port next day. Answers were very vague and I had to make 3 very frustrating calls to the front desk after landing to figure out where to go and wait to the shuttle. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service to the cruise port. No where on their website does it say the shuttle starts at noon. We didn’t find out till we were at the hotel which was an inconvenience."

"It was a great stay and amazing view if you get the suit . I stayed there with my girlfriend fo a whole week . They have breakfast early but worth it . They also have dinner , didn’t eat but they do and room is pretty good . The only thing they don’t have is Netflix or anything only cable . It’s close by hotel to the airport too. I would say it’s a 9.2 /10 for me . "

"Independently owned hotel with lower standards of hospitality and care. Staff is lovely and hotel is clean and well built generally speaking. Breakfast is very low quality. In addition they will charge you $50 for being 15 minutes after check out time of 11:00 am. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot, but low quality shower head and they skimp out of offering conditioner. Minor stuff but for $250 a night does not meet value expectations."
