"Staff was disgruntled when we checked in, apparently it had been a long day. Our room was good. TV and remote did not work. Had to go to front fest to get a new remote. Still remote only worked if you held it right next to the tv. "

Tried to take a nap and couldn’t sleep because I felt grime in the sheets. Left before I had to sleep there and checked into a different spot. Do not stay here."

"The pool and gym were adequately appropriated. The staff was friendly ,cordial and very helpful "

"The hotel was pretty much standard and a good proximity to restaurants and formal mall. however the staff was not very helpful and every questione I asked the response was “I don’t know” There was also a lot of back and forth with me actually getting my room after a long flight which was annoying. Finally when checking out I asked if I could join the membership programme and was told no because I asked after I already checked out This staff member was overalll not very accommodative my entire stay. "
