"We stayed at the Equarius Hotel. The room was large and the bathroom luxurious. Extremely clean. The staff are all extremely polite, professional and helpful. A special mention to John who checked us in. Excellent customer service. The only disappointment is the pool. It is small and shared with the residents of the villas. The only decent lagoon pool was only reserved for residents of the lst floor. The plus point is the hotel is next to Adventure Cove and entry is at a discounted rate"

"Capella Sentosa is a real treat. Beautiful property just a stone's throw from the beach. we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a villa with a pool which was just beautiful. The in-house restaurants , although a little pricey are exceptional with special note to the excellent service. I especially appreciated the personal service by all hotel staff. Everyone knew our name and paid such special attention that you feel like you're the only guests at the resort. An exceptional 4 nights for us. Wouldn't hesitate in returning,"

"The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not really tasty. Overall a great stay."

"We stayed in the premier king room with balcony. Nice view on top floor, large space and having some free minibar items topped up each day was enjoyed by my daughter (sprite, coke, Oreos and Kit Kats:) It was also right next to infinity pool which was always very quiet and often had the space to ourselves. The resort itself is in very lush surroundings with beautiful gardens and peacocks roaming. I think some of the sections are older but ours was in the newer part. Short walks to resorts world and beaches. Option to take free resort shuttle or buses. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of all cuisines. I found it tricky being celiac as not many places catered for this- didn’t quite understand. So no gf breads etc. I just went for omelette station. Fruits and yoghurt so was fine:) staff all lovely."

"★★★★★ Our Best Stay Yet at Equarius Villas We have returned to Resorts World Sentosa every summer for years because of its access to Adventure Cove. We have stayed in the Ocean Suite before, but this time booked a one-bedroom villa with a private jacuzzi and direct access to the huge pool. This was our best stay yet. There have been many improvements since last year. Check-in and checkout were seamless, with no lobby congestion or long wait. At around 1 p.m., we received a call that our villa was ready, and the team arranged buggy pickup from Hotel Michael. WhatsApp communication was excellent, with fast responses throughout our stay. The villa remains wonderful, but the team made the real difference. Special thanks to Butlers William, Charles, and Willy, and the entire butler team. We appreciated the turndown amenities, mosquito coils at sundown, extra water, and insect repellent, especially as my wife is allergic to mosquito bites. We also appreciate the Chairman’s approval for buggy service to the front entrance of Adventure Cove. At checkout, the team even delivered our luggage to Hotel Michael, saving us a return trip. One friendly suggestion: the new butler uniforms look polished but seem too formal, heavy, and warm for Singapore’s climate. After three decades in hospitality, I believe uniforms should be elegant, breathable, comfortable, and suited to a tropical resort. Exceptional service from start to finish. We look forward to returning next summer."

"The hotel is great. The only thing that was not so good was the airconditioning - it was much too cold. Turning the dial to 30 degrees did nothing. We had to open the window to get it a bit warmer, but then mosquitos came in. There is no fly screen on the window. There was a sign asking us not to turn the airconditioning off, so we suffered the cold."
