"
The room was beautifully appointed. But the courteous staff stood out above everything. From the front desk to the valet that greeting us at the door, the service was excellent and much appreciated. "
"We were in town for an event on Nob Hill so the location was perfect. Hadn't bee to the Top of the Mark in years so it was fun to have a sunset cocktail and enjoy the amazing view. The staff were great and the room was comfortable (also with a great view). There was a minor issue with the bathroom door which couldn't be closed properly. All in all, an enjoyable San Francisco experience."
"We booked this hotel while we were already in town. The hotel allowed us to check in really early without a charge because they had an open room. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out, which was our main priority. Overall the stay was great! The room looked a little worn/used but it was clean, which matters the most. The entire staff was super friendly. I loved the coffee/tea bar and it was available all day. The location was perfect for our plans. We would definitely stay again!"
