"This hotel is exceptional! So quirky and characterful. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. Lots of attention to detail, everything has been so well thought out. The entertainment systems, the toiletries provided, the robes, the hair dryer, even the toilet paper, were excellent quality, as was the breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and genuinely welcoming, and the location - a stone’s throw from Tottenham Court Road station, Oxford...

"Main issue was check-in - we queued for a while in the main lobby as it wasn't clear there was a separate check-in for the City Sleeper wing. Signage was not clear on this point. Everything else was great."
"I have stayed here maybe 4 or 5 times now, the hotel is quite basic especially if you’re not in a plus room but it is good value for money, staff are friendly and the location is excellent. Very close to Russell Square tube station as well as a number of eateries. "
