"As usual the staff were friendly on arrival and quickly checked us in and stowed our luggage until our room was available.
The reception area is comfy and welcoming with water for those waiting and biscuits and apples for the guests.
The bed was comfy, the free toiletries were good quality and tea and coffee in the room if required."
"Hotel is very convenient for Tube, near to Euston and central London, bedrooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Only downside was Check-in, not enough staff and long queues, took us about an hour standing in a queue that moved very slowly."
"I stayed as a solo female traveler in a twin room. It was perfect for the four nights I was there. I could easily and safely walk to West End Theatres, parks, Covent Garden, and use the tubes. The area has shops and people are out in the evening so I always felt safe walking home from shows on my own. I would definitely recommend if it’s near where you want to be in London. "

"Great Hotel, stayed for two nights for business. Modern, comfortable rooms, great staff.
Only downside was cleaners repeatedly knocking on my door at 9am on my check out day, asking when I will be checking out. Not how I want to be woken up, three hours before check out."
