"Great service by all staff, lovely pool and spa, the buffet was great, especially the indian counter- credit to the balinese chef who nailed the indian breakfast, kids loved the buffet....the Nasi Goreng was my favorite...overall a great experience, the staff made the differnce"

"This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at in Bali. It's located in an incredible area, right near Goa Gajah and Yeh Pulu relief carving. It's nearby many beautiful village streets that you can walk through comfortably. The staff are great, rooms are great, food was great, and spa was incredible (try the Boreh here). You will have a great experience at this hotel. "

"Excellent service except for the one night they came beating on my door. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. Moldy loungers so you didn’t want to lay on them. Gym was not available and my friend needed to work out; one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was it had a gym. No massages available. A lot of confusion surrounding the floating pool breakfast I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend doing that again. Staff at breakfast every morning were excellent and the food was delicious. "

The head chef of this five star hotel will teach you how to make the best food. We took two classes and had the best food I ever had in my life.
