"It's hard to describe this place in words—magical, peaceful, majestic. I had a wonderful visit here! The decor and ambience feel like it is a renovated temple or historic site, but the hotel is actually fairly new (started April 2025). It has a peaceful, historic feeling while also having excellent functional facilities and pristine, clean spaces. You are in the middle of the jungle with all its peace and ambience but also staying in extremely luxurious facilities. Historic but new, nature but luxurious—the best of all worlds! As amazing as the facilities are, the real treasure is the staff. They go above and beyond to be welcoming and hospitable and make this place really special. It felt like a small, tight-knit community that is focused on making guests feel like part of the family. Every single staff member giving 110% on customer service. I am a small town gal that does a lot of solo travel and have never quite had this experience of being in a resort that feels luxurious and also very homey. I am so thankful to the staff for making me feel like family, even as a solo traveler there for just a few days! The hotel has also has massage/spa services and will arrange for a masseuse to come to your room. They can also help arrange drivers. They have a restaurant with a wide variety of food choices—all delicious. The breakfasts are excellent too! There is really no reason to leave the resort once you arrive! I hope to go back again!"

Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb. Highly recommend this place ! "This hotel is gorgeous, from the immaculate and very interesting grounds (jogging path through the jungle section, formal gardens and agro-forestry garden) to the incredibly patient and highly courteous staff. We loved the included bike tour and garden tour, complete with fruit tasting from their crops. The shuttle bus down to Ubud was also very useful. The staff for these these activities deserve special mention. The food was really lovely, with the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the 3rd floor being particularly noteworthy. Staff took care to check in with us every few days and ask, for example, if there was anything else we wanted for breakfast which was not already provided. We couldn't think of anything as so much was choice was already provided! Touches such as mending my glasses beautifully, when I asked had only asked for some tape and flowers after I needed a plaster and some antiseptic after cutting myself on an outing made us feel very looked after. It is certainly an oasis of calm!"

This property has 24 elephants that are well taken care of; each elephant is handled with care, feed well, washed daily, and treated with dignity. From every room, you can see the elephants.
