"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. "We were one of the longest staying guests in this hotels history staying for more than two weeks in the room with the pool. 10/10 best hotel in UBUD, highly recommend the cooking class. The head chef of this five star hotel will teach you how to make the best food. We took two classes and had the best food I ever had in my life. Additionally, Wid is awesome and so are the rest of the staff. Will be back next year again 100%"
