"The room itself was lovely and clean with a beautiful view and a balcony on which to enjoy it! However, the bathroom let the room down, it was mouldy in places and generally smelled damp - it simply needs a good bleach and scrub! The hotel itself was dusty everywhere, perhaps a hazard of the volcanic area, but it didn’t inspire confidence on our arrival. "Fantastic location and great spot. Lintang was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot to stay if you’re doing the hike or Jeep ride up Mt Batur. The property has multiple styles of rooms to suit different types of travellers. We stayed in a glamping “potato” it was pretty good, price was solid, bed was comfy, though it does get damp at night (be prepared for that). The only thing we noticed was there was a lot of flies (bugs). Which I’m told is just the area....

"The manager, Sam, runs a truly excellent accommodation!! My two days spent in Kintamani were one of the highlights of my time in Bali. Super friendly vibes in the reception area, always people hanging out, was great for me as a solo traveler, and no issues with noise when it came time to sleep. Flies and bad and we had trouble finding the property, but none of that was the property’s fault. Morning breakfast was great. "What an incredible stay we had at the Kayon Jungle Resort. Myself and my partner visited as part of our honeymoon trip to Bali and we could not speak highly enough of the experience we had at this beautiful hotel. From start to finish the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel as special as could be, whether it be constantly remembering my wife’s vegan dietary requirements and supporting accordingly, or such simple things as remembering exactly what we had been up to on any given day and checking in at every moment. Nothing was too big an ask, including arrangement of private transport for our own excursions (shout out Malen our driver!) or recommendations for places to visit/do. We could not recommend this place enough, the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel and the whole island. Loved it!"
