And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"We had a wonderful stay at Bedugul Lake View Residence B6 in Bedugul. The house was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a breathtaking view and surrounding hills. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the cool mountain air away from the busy city.The rooms were comfortable, and all the amenities were exactly as described. We especially loved the spacious balcony area where we could sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the morning. The kitchen was also well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals easily.The location is great — close to several local attractions such as Ulun Danu Temple and the botanical gardens, yet quiet enough to feel truly secluded. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and scenic getaway in the Bedugul area. Thank you for a pleasant experience!"
