Hotel full of character. Contemporary twist on a classically styled building. Staff all very professional and helpful, showed they cared about their customers comfort and enjoyment. Great choice for anyone wanting luxury and style. Excellent breakfast with extensive choice of food to eat

short Break
could not fault anything,The standards and service at the Devon Court was first class 10/10. very comfortable bed good nights sleep. The pool was a big + as the weather was hot.

Stayed at The Devon Court for the weekend, it is a lovely place to stay, walking distance into the theatre & shops. Amazing host, really made us feel welcome .

Lovely short break!
Absolutely amazing place. Clean, lovely decor, perfectly located, and really friendly and attentive owners. Will be coming back next year. Only minor criticism would be a lack of vegetarian options for breakfast.

Beautiful B&B with Excellent Hosts
What a beautiful B&B. From the moment we checked in Kayla and Martin made us feel welcome in their beautiful B&B. The breakfasts we spot on and the rooms are beautifully decorated. There was some building work going on arounf the pool but this did not affect our stay. This is an ongoing improvement to make the B&B better for next season. I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is great and is within walking distance of the beach, marina is 15 minutes away and loads of great bars and restaurants are very local. There is a hill to climb from the sea front to the B&B but this is expected as Torquay is built on a hillside. We will definately be booking this B&B again when we visit Torquay.

Very comfortable stay
Martin and Kyla are excellent hosts and our room was bright, clean, fresh and very tastefully decorated! Breakfast was very good and provided a variety of options.

Torquay
A great find with a nice outdoor heated pool. The new owners talked us through what upgrades they plan to do out side. We shall keep watching as would be nice to see. The hotel inside has been refurbushed to a good standard. And we enjoyed our holiday.

Devon Court a gem of a hotel great hosts
Wonderful stay great hosts Kyla and Martin and daughter the description is of a B & B but Devon Court is so much more it’s a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and lovely rooms and pool and gardens and the breakfast was amazing thank you

Devon Court
Stayed 3 nights. Situated on a quiet road which is only a short walk to the Promenade, bars and restaurants. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. We stayed in a double room which had a lovely modern bathroom. Plenty of choices for breakfast, which was both tasty and filling. Staff were friendly and engaging.

A gem of a B&B
A beautifully presented B&B in an excellent location. Torquay is very hilly, but The Devon Court is easily accessible and close to the promenade. There is ample parking in the driveway and Ivan and the family do everything they can to make your stay flawless. We didn't use the heated outdoor swimming pool, but it was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast menu is extensive, beautifully cooked and presented in an immaculate dining room. The room we stayed in was the Sunset room on the ground floor and was outstanding. If we were awarding star rating, we definitely give 6 to The Devon Court.

A fantastic bed and breakfast place, everything was wonderful......immaculate throughout, beautifully furnished, great breakfast, lovely pool and the host Ivan was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. This is THE place to stay in Torquay

A real gem superb
The Devon Court is a lovely place to stay. It is beautifully decorated throughout and immaculately clean. It is run by very friendly and helpful staff also. Our room was lovely and the first impression you get is quality, from the beautiful curtains and decor to the high quality bed linen - it would put many 5 star hotels to shame. The breakfasts are very good with plenty of choice. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Devon Court at all.

Relaxing couple's weekend away, a hidden gem!
Stayed here two weeks ago over the weekend with my girlfriend. Upon pulling into the car park we were met by a friendly chap called Ivan who greeted us, helped with our luggage and then gave us a quick tour of the hotel/ room. We stayed in the "Origins" room and it was superb, very comfortable + clean, shower was powerful and then the bed...Wow! It's probably the comfiest bed you will ever sleep in, period. I never knew beds could be that comfy, it was a struggle to get up for breakfast in the morning! The location of the hotel is great for us, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the shops and seafront but bear in mind Torquay is quite hilly in places! Didn't have time for a dip in the heated pool, however I would of happily spent an afternoon around it with a few drinks from the hotel bar if we had the extra time. Ivan himself has to be commended and is a fantastic host, he just simply could not do enough for you! If you are thinking about staying at The Devon Court just book it, you will have no regrets! I'll certainly be recommending it to friends + family if they're looking to visit Torquay in the future!

Fantastisk värd på stället. Serviceminded vänlig och hjälpsam. Toppenställe nyrenoverat med nya ägare för 3 år sedan jättefint gjort. Trevligt med pool då havet håller ca 15 grader.

Vi bodde i leiligheten som var ny oppusset. God plass og moderne. Bra med utstyr om en lager litt mat selv. Veldig koselig og erketypisk Brittisk frokost resturant. Utvalget var bra og maten god. Fint uteområde og svømmebassenget var varmt selv om været ikke var det beste under vårt fire dagers opphold i juli. Veldig god og hyggelig service. Fikk også bra med utflukt/resturant tips.
