"We had a wonderful stay at the Town Inn and Suites! The staff was very helpful, especially with bringing coffee refills, which we truly appreciated. One of the highlights was the guest lounge, treats, and coffee bar — it made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the property is currently under renovation, the overall experience was great. The rooms with balconies looked lovely, but unfortunately, they were not accessible due to safety concerns at this time. I hope the hotel invests in safety measures soon so that future guests can fully enjoy their balconies, whether relaxing with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. While the balcony access was limited, it didn’t detract from our overall positive experience. The hotel’s location is fantastic, and it was very clean and friendly throughout our stay. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much, despite a few minor issues, which I’m confident will be addressed as the property continues to improve. The kitchen in the suite was a huge plus, offering plenty of space — we’re already planning to bring our kids next time for a longer stay! Overall, we had a lovely experience and are looking forward to returning in the future. We’re excited to see the continued improvements and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer!"

"Parking!!!!, very misleading that beside the hotel is a parking entrance which has no elevator to the hotel or even to street level. Only stairs a long distance from the hotel. The bags were too heavy to pull up the two flights of stairs so I took a chance and pulled the bags up the non-pedestrian ramp and had to walk around the block to get back to the hotel. Bad start and the web site could make it clearer. Hotel was very nice however for $600 a night the rooms were extremely small. Nice, functional, modern and clean, but small."

"The outstanding feature about the Fairmont in Toronto was the staff. Everyone we encountered (particularly the bellman who assisted us in our arrival & our departure) was very professional and friendly. Our room was small, but had all the important features to make it comfortable. Breakfast was very good in the hotel’s restaurant. We will definitely stay there again if in Toronto."

"Well, when I booked this Hotel, part of the description for this hotel said Included Free Parking. But when we arrived, I was informed that valet parking was an additional 73.00 per day or I could self-park across the street at Public Parking that I would have to pay on my own...! So I chose to self-park, and today when I checked by CC for any charges, they charged me 73 bucks yesterday when we checked in, and I told them I was going to self-park and not use their parking option...!"
