"We got covid on day 2 of a 4 night stay. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help us feel better. We switched rooms to be more comfortable ; They brought us tea and fresh ginger, lemon, drinks and soup. They checked on us regularly. They were so so nice"

When my daughter and granddaughter joined me during my stay, four-year-old Emmy was delighted to receive a stuffed toy from the front desk when they checked in. So thoughtful! Love that the hotel is connected to the Metro Convention Centre for work purposes. Beautifully decorated for Christmas too!"
