"Staff were all very nice and helpful. Room was clean. My room was right above dumpsters (I think), so pickups started at a very early hour and continued on from 4am. Recommend requesting a room on street side (Mercer St.) as it's a relatively quiet street."

"Nice hotel, expensive for what it is. We had a view of the sky dome, but the heating ducts or fan rattled all night. Charged for parking and incidentals (?) that I had to message a week later to remove the hold/charge. They refunded the parking. I never found out what the incidentals are. $4 for some milk in the room for a cup of tea. The staff are friendly and the valets very kind. "
