"The property is next to the mall, very convenience, lots of restaurants in the mall. The train station is not too far away and there is airport limousine bus station nearby the Ariake Garden mall (to and from Haneda). The cost per night is very reasonable."

"i rarely write reviews but i enjoyed my stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa. The room and bathroom area doesn’t feel to cramp, spacious enough to move around, lawson conbini in the hotel, laundry room available, and close enough to tokyo disney if you plan to go to the amusement park. the only downside is that it is a bit far from the cities where it takes 30-50 mins to get home depending where you are but i think it’s worth it compared to paying more for hotel stay to stay near the cities. definitely recommend!! "

"The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty."

"We really enjoyed our stay at IHG Tokyo Bay. We had an amazing view of the bridge and the bay from our room. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The property is clean. The breakfast menu offered both American and Japanese dishes. The surrounding area is filled with shops and restaurant yet it was not busy or crowded. This is a very good property for the affordability it also offers."

"I lost the hotel key card (US$0.20) and the hotel charged me a US $6.50 for it. I travel internationally very often and sometimes the room key cards are not even returned and I never had any hotels ever charged me for a lost or non-returned twenty cents key card."
