"We could not have been happier with this hotel. The staff was so attentive, warm and helpful. The way they paid attention to every detail was amazing. Our room was spotless every day. The location is convenient to walk to many areas and a subway station to reach more distant locations. Our room overlooked the park and the Sky Tree, so our view was gorgeous. The coffee was delicious, as was the steak in the fourth floor restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is right across from the famous Tsukiji market where you can find and eat the all the Japanese delicacies you’ve seen on YouTube. Also 20 meters from the hotel is a ramen shop and a restaurant. There’s also a family mart and a Sukiya nearby. The Ginza shopping district is walkable but I suggest taking an Uber or a cab (download Taxi Go app) after shopping. The staff were friendly and the rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The free breakfast is so worth it to get your day started. I highly recommend this place!"
"This place is awesome!!! Walking distance to the metro and accessible to other parts of town.
Walkable to the Ginza area that is full of shopping, dining etc.
The staff really treat you as their house guests and are extremely helpful. Can’t say anything more about how hospitable they are.
We fell in love with the custom Iconic pajamas that they provide in the rooms and it’s a shame they don’t sell them. If they did we would bring back a bunch and forego the rest of duty free shopping that we did…just awesome.
Would definitely return again and again.
Highly recommend from our experience…oh, the breakfast in the restaurant is very good!"
"Overall was an incredible stay! When we checked in our first room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking room. They quickly transferred us to a new room that was MUCH better. Service was amazing and the staff is what you’d expect from a five star. My only recommendation would have been to offer better coffee in the morning and to perhaps have offered something in place of our first night spent in the smoky room. Rooms are big for Tokyo and the views are incredible! Despite being a bit dated they are clean and appointed, just be sure to ask that your room was NEVER a smoking room. Breakfast buffet is great, only thing again is to have better coffee. "
