Beautiful location, and a lovely hotel. We had an issue with our room and the staff were amazing at getting it sorted asap and we got a little treat for the inconvenience - great customer service.

Tweed Central Motel
Access to shops extremely good with Tweed Mall just five minutes' walk across the road. Air con worked well. Staff quite helpful particularly having arrived very late and well after reception had closed. Room very clean. However, the furniture in the room was very tired. Bed very light and moved ...

Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort
Check in and parking was easy. Room was clean and close to all ammenities. However reprimanding of children running amock was sadly lacking. Staff should have spoken to the parents, and not the children themselves.
