There is an additional charge for parking, which I found disappointing as a guest staying at the hotel, which is not in a town or city centre location Parking is +£12 per night.. "Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the service that was provided and what I had paid for and should be compensated."
