"The room was clean and quiet nice air conditioning overall nice but they didn’t have and WiFi at all in the building in the two days I stayed and I had to work on my my MacBook and couldn’t because of that nice place but held me back from working so I had to go to a café and work just unprofessional everything else was good nice area and close to the flatiron building and Harry Potter shop also would say that Times Square is around a 20 min walk from the hotel "

"Great location. Hotel had very cool vibes, lots of great spots to take photos. Room was perfect for us, really nice layout and had nice upgrades that made it feel more luxurious. At night we went to the rooftop and grabbed a table for a few drinks. They also offer free workout classes in the morning and offered water pitchers that could be refilled. Overall great amenities and would absolutely stay here again."

"Clean room nice restaurant great staff but nothing special like a toothbrush and toothpaste and other travel needs also restaurant was closed on a Monday leaving guests looking bewildered."

"Overall this is a nice & convenient boutique hotel in Manhattan. The staff is welcoming, very attentive, and I appreciate the text alerts for housekeeping reminders and/or onsite activities—the days I was here they had a vintage pop shop in the lobby plus a plant & sip event. The rooms are typical NYC rooms—small. One thing to note, I’m noticing wear and tear with the bedroom furniture and the window blinds. Nothing too concerning but I hope this doesn’t indicate the degradation of this hotel. "

"Location was good . Staff had attitude . Definitely didn’t feel welcomed . Also , if you get there early and want to leave your bags to walk around until check in time it’s $5 per bag : I paid for a room with city view and got a side of a building view . When I asked about it they said they gave me an upgrade . Which was basically a couch . They didn’t even explain it to me when I checked in . There was dirty q tips in the living room . The rooms are outdated . Over all not a very comfortable stay but good location . "
