It’s aiight.
The rating for the hotel states 5 stars but it runs more with 4 star hotels. It’s an older building with a French Art Deco-ey vibe. When I first entered the front desk was having difficulty getting online and couldn’t find my reservation, but the front clerk got on her phone and found it. It was pretty smooth from then on. Atmosphere is nice but not grand or in my opinion 5 stars. Beds were clean, although we did find kids Pez candy container on the floor that I stepped on and hurt my toe. Overall give it a 3.7

Anniversary visit was great!
We were staying for our anniversary and were upgraded from a single room to a sweet. They also provided a complimentary bottle of champagne. Service was excellent and hotel was very safe & clean.

Beautiful and clean. Staff was very accommodating and kind as they were careful to take every safety precaution. Any concerns I had about staying in a NYC hotel was put to rest immediately. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel.
