"The photo shown is a collage of 3 photos. The site was presented quite well. Lovely lawn and BBQ area opposite units. Ample and roomy parking at unit door. Unit spacious but basic. Wifi dodgy and slow but difficult to join at peak periods. Bed and pillows comfortable. Basic kitchenette useful. Motel backs on to main road screened by high hedge but traffic noise still present at peak times in the evening and early morning. Close to town. Recommend Sheffield Pub for dining. I missed the motel...

"It was delightful coming in to a roaring fire on a cold, rainy day."

"The bed, was to big for the room , and creaked when you moved,lack of fly screens,the kitcen utensils draw could of been cleaner.the fire was very good except switching on and off dangerous .the windows had too many cobwebs inside . The washing machine needed balancing.."

"Stayed one night for quick early departure next morning to go and hike Overland Track. Upon arrival the lady was friendly and shared info about where I was headed. Perfect overnight stay for what I wanted."

"Room was in good condition No contact with staff. TV was difficult to operate. When we got it working, the screen questiomed us that we may have watched too much TV!!!! Unfriendly warnings, insisting on guests washing their dishes, othetwise a surcharge. No tea towels were made available I like ordimary black tea. Only one tea bag made available. There were a couple of herbal tea bags."

"Good base for what we wanted to do in the area. Room spacious and clean no tv in room. Little expensive compared to some places we have stayed in while travelling around Tasmania "
