Very comfortable cottage although the spa bath in the middle of the room is a little unfortunate and frustrating there is no WiFi in the room although we were aware of this when booking.

The people who run this place are amazing! They definitely helped make our experience, especially since our first two days in the area were rained out! The lodge was beautifully set up and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Our only concern was that on days where we could not go to the National Park (because of inclement weather), there was little to do at the guest lounge. While there are movies available to watch in the chalet, we felt the lounges of the other properties in the area were nicer and spent more time there. The trade-off if (a) more personal space at the Wilderness Village and (b) much more economical than Peppers.

It was nice surprise, the room was large with a kitchenette ( 2 pan stove top, microwave, frypan and double pan) . You can plan in advance and bring groceries with you. They do have a restaurant which serves tapas size meals and a bar if you just need a drink.

Even though a premium chalet, there was only one knife in the kitchen and one hanger in the whole chalet! That being said, it was clean and comfortable and my criticisms can be easily fixed. Also, I did not bring this up to the management which I probably should have done. The location of the Wilderness Village is excellent as it is very close to the Visitor Centre.
